Slow Cooker Chuck Roast
Chuck roast is the ultimate comfort food. It’s super nourishing and easy to make in your crockpot. This recipe is the perfect option for a lazy weekend or busy workday.

INGREDIENTS
2-3lb chuck roast
2 cups of bone broth
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
4 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 400°
Start by searing your chuck roast for a few minutes on each side.
In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients, whisking to combine.
Transfer the chuck roast to your crockpot, cover with the broth mixture, and cook on high for 5-6 hours, until it falls apart easily.
Serve alongside roasted root veggies and a salad of your choice!
